• All conversion happens in your browser using WebAssembly technology
• Your files are processed entirely on your device
• Files are processed locally in your browser
• The Service works offline once loaded

3.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Convert copyrighted content without proper authorization
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• Use automated tools to overload or disrupt the Service
• Distribute malware or harmful content through the Service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

3.2 Content Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for the content you convert
• You must have the legal right to convert and use your files
• You must respect copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights
• We do not monitor or control the content you process (as it stays on your device)

3.3 Device and Browser Requirements

• You are responsible for using a compatible, updated browser
• You must have sufficient device resources for conversion tasks
• We recommend keeping your browser and operating system updated for security

4.1 Our Rights

• PulseSuite.io and all related trademarks are our property
• The Service's code, design, and functionality are protected by copyright
• We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you

4.2 Your Rights

• You retain all rights to your original files and converted outputs
• We claim no ownership over your content
• You grant us no rights to your files (as we never access them)

4.3 Open Source Components

• Our Service uses open-source libraries (like FFmpeg) under their respective licenses
• These components remain subject to their original licenses
• We respect and comply with all open-source license requirements

Your privacy is fundamental to our Service design:

• We cannot access, view, or store your files

• Simply close your browser to end your session
• No account deletion is necessary (as we don't store accounts)

9.3 Effect of Termination

• Your right to use the Service will cease immediately
