Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 4, 2026
PulseSuite is an all-in-one marketing platform operated by BlessedBe Publishing LLC, a United States company (“PulseSuite”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We have tried to write it in plain language. If anything is unclear, email us at admin@pulsesuite.io and we will explain.
1. Our two roles
PulseSuite is used by businesses and creators (“customers”) to build websites and sales funnels, send email to their subscribers, sell products and courses, and run their audience. That means we handle personal information in two distinct roles:
- As a controller, for the information of people who visit pulsesuite.io or create a PulseSuite account. This policy describes that in full.
- As a processor, for the subscriber lists, contacts, and end-customer data that our customers bring to the platform or collect through it. That data belongs to the customer. The customer decides why and how it is used, and their own privacy notice governs it. We process it only to provide the service to them, and we do not use it for our own purposes, sell it, or share it with advertisers.
If you subscribed to a newsletter, bought a product, or joined a course run by one of our customers, that customer is responsible for your data. Section 10 explains how to exercise your rights in that case.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account information — name, email address, and password when you create an account. Authentication is handled by Firebase Authentication (Google); we never see or store your password in plain text.
- Billing information — when you pay for a subscription, payment is processed by Stripe. Your card number goes directly to Stripe and never touches our servers. We receive and keep limited billing records (what plan you bought, when, and payment status).
- Content you create — the pages, funnels, emails, courses, products, files, and other material you build or upload on the platform.
- Correspondence — messages you send us, for example support email to admin@pulsesuite.io.
Information collected automatically
- Usage and log data — IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps, collected by our hosting infrastructure when you use the service. We use this for security, abuse prevention, and keeping the service working.
- Email delivery data — when email is sent through the platform, we record delivery events (sent, bounced, unsubscribed, and complaint reports) so that unsubscribes and bounces are honored and sending abuse can be detected.
On pages our customers publish
Customers can collect information from their own visitors through the pages they publish with PulseSuite — for example an email signup form, an order form, or optional visitor analytics (including optional session replay controlled by the customer). That collection is under the customer's control and covered by the customer's own privacy notice; we process it on their behalf as described in Section 1.
3. How we use information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the service.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions.
- To send transactional email about your account (for example sign-in, receipts, and service notices).
- To keep the platform secure, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service — including our anti-spam rules.
- To respond to support requests.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Where you use PulseSuite's AI-assisted content tools, the text and instructions you submit for generation are sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) to produce the result. We do not send your subscriber lists to AI providers.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertising networks.
4. Who we share information with
We share information only with the service providers (sub-processors) we need to run the platform, and only for the purposes described here:
| Provider | What for |
|---|---|
| Google Cloud / Firebase | Hosting, database, file storage, authentication, and serverless computing — the infrastructure the platform runs on. |
| Stripe | Payment processing for subscriptions, and payment processing that customers configure for their own sales. |
| Brevo | Email delivery (our current default email delivery provider). |
| Resend | Email delivery (used in a limited capacity). |
| Twilio SendGrid | Email delivery (used depending on configuration, including where a customer connects their own SendGrid account). |
| Amazon Web Services (SES) | Email delivery — we are in the process of adopting Amazon SES as an email delivery provider. |
| OpenAI | AI content generation — only the content submitted for generation. |
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public, or as part of a business transfer (in which case this policy would continue to apply to the transferred data).
5. Email sent through PulseSuite
PulseSuite is a permission-based email platform. Customers may only email people who have given them consent, purchased or rented lists are prohibited, and these rules are set out in our Terms of Service. Marketing email sent through the platform carries an unsubscribe mechanism; when a recipient unsubscribes, the address is automatically suppressed from future marketing sends by that customer. If you are receiving email you did not sign up for from a PulseSuite customer, use the unsubscribe link, or report it to admin@pulsesuite.io and we will investigate.
6. Cookies
We use cookies and similar browser storage for what the service needs to function: keeping you signed in (authentication), and payment processing during checkout (Stripe sets cookies for fraud prevention). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on pulsesuite.io.
7. Where data is stored
We are a United States company. Our infrastructure runs on Google Cloud, and data is stored and processed primarily in the United States. If you use the service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States by us and the providers listed above.
8. How long we keep data
- Account data and content — kept while your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize it within a limited period afterwards, except where we need to keep specific records (for example billing records for tax and accounting).
- Customer subscriber data — kept under the customer's control; customers can delete contacts at any time, and their data is removed as part of account closure.
- Suppression records — unsubscribe records are kept so that unsubscribe requests keep being honored; that is their only purpose.
- Logs — routine infrastructure logs are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting, then discarded.
9. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and encrypted at rest by our cloud infrastructure provider. Access to production systems is restricted. Passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication and are never stored by us in readable form; card numbers are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security — but if we learn of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected users and the authorities where the law requires it.
10. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing.
- If you have a PulseSuite account — email admin@pulsesuite.io from your account email and tell us what you need. We will verify the request and respond.
- If you are on a PulseSuite customer's list — the customer controls that data, so the fastest route is the unsubscribe link in their email or contacting them directly. If you cannot reach them, contact us and we will pass your request to the right customer and assist them in honoring it.
11. Children
PulseSuite is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy as the service evolves — for example, when we complete the move to Amazon SES for email delivery. We will post the updated version at this address with a new “last updated” date, and for material changes we will notify account holders by email.
