PulseSuite

Terms of Service

Last updated: August 4, 2026

These terms govern your use of PulseSuite, an all-in-one marketing platform operated by BlessedBe Publishing LLC, a United States company (“PulseSuite”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. We have written them in plain language on purpose — if anything is unclear, ask us at admin@pulsesuite.io.

1. The service

PulseSuite gives businesses and creators one place to build and run their online presence: websites and sales funnels, email newsletters and campaigns, online courses and communities, digital and physical product sales, bookings, contact management, blogs, affiliate programs, and AI-assisted content tools.

PulseSuite is a new service under active development. Features will be added, improved, and occasionally changed as the platform matures. We describe material changes in advance where we reasonably can.

2. Your account

3. Acceptable use

You may not use PulseSuite to:

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this section. Where the violation is serious — fraud, phishing, malware, harm to minors — we do so immediately and without notice.

4. Email sending and anti-spam policy

The short version: you may only email people who asked to hear from you. PulseSuite is a permission-based email platform, and we enforce that. Spam gets accounts suspended.

Violating this section is grounds for immediate suspension or termination without refund. To report spam sent through PulseSuite, email admin@pulsesuite.io.

5. Your content

You own the content you create or upload on PulseSuite — your pages, emails, courses, products, files, and designs. You give us the limited license we need to host, store, process, transmit, and display that content in order to run the service for you. We claim no other rights to it.

You are responsible for your content: for having the rights to use it, and for its accuracy and legality. We do not pre-review customer content, but we may remove content that violates these terms.

6. Your subscribers and customers

The contacts, subscribers, and end-customer data you bring to PulseSuite or collect through it are yours, and legally you are the data controller for them. We act as your processor: we handle that data only to provide the service to you, and we do not use it for our own purposes, sell it, or share it with advertisers.

Because you are the controller, you are responsible for:

You can export your contacts and delete them at any time from within the platform.

7. AI-assisted features

Some PulseSuite tools generate content with the help of third-party AI models (currently OpenAI). AI output can be wrong, generic, or unsuitable — review it before you publish or send it. You are responsible for the content you publish, whether you wrote it or generated it, and you may not use AI features to produce content that violates Section 3 or 4. Content you submit for generation is sent to the AI provider to produce the result, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Fees and payment

9. Third-party services

Parts of the service let you connect accounts you hold with third parties — for example a payment provider to collect money from your customers, or a custom domain you own. Those services are governed by their own terms, and you are responsible for your accounts with them. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not operate.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep PulseSuite available and fast, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we do not currently offer a formal service-level agreement. We may change, add, or retire features as the platform develops; if we retire something material to paid plans, we will give reasonable notice.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not promise any particular business results from using PulseSuite.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows: we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; and our total liability for all claims arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Your responsibility for claims

If a third party brings a claim against us because of your content, your sending practices, your data, or your breach of these terms, you agree to cover the losses and reasonable costs we incur from that claim.

14. Suspension and termination

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will post the updated version at this address with a new “last updated” date, and for material changes we will notify account holders by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
