Anti-Spam & Acceptable Use Policy

Effective 4 August 2026 · Applies to every account on PulseSuite, operated by BlessedBe Publishing LLC.

The rule in one sentence: you may only email people who asked to hear from you, and they can always leave with one click. Everything below is detail on that rule and how the platform enforces it.

Permission is required

You may send marketing email through PulseSuite only to recipients who gave you permission — for example by signing up on your form, funnel or checkout, or by an existing customer relationship where they would expect your mail. You must be able to say, for any address on your list, how it opted in.

Prohibited list practices

Every message must include

How enforcement works (built into the platform)

Prohibited content and behaviour

Consequences

Violations lead to warnings, sending limits, suspension or termination depending on severity. Spam that harms recipients or the platform's deliverability may result in immediate termination without notice. We cooperate with mailbox providers and, where required, authorities.

Reporting abuse

If you received unwanted mail sent through PulseSuite, or you see our platform being abused, email admin@pulsesuite.io — forwarding the message with headers helps. Reports are reviewed by a human and acted on.
